背景资料: Bovine Serum Albumin antibody detects BSA. Serum albumin is the main protein of plasma. It has a good binding capacity for water, Ca2+, Na+, K+, fatty acids, hormones, bilirubin and drugs. Its main function is the regulation of the colloidal osmotic pressure of blood. ALB is the major zinc transporter in plasma; it typically binds about 80% of all plasma zinc. BSA antibody is ideal for investigators involved in Cell Signaling, Neuroscience and Signal Transduction research.

免疫原: Anti-Bovine Serum Albumin antibody was produced by repeated immunizations with bovine serum albumin.

保存建议: Store vial at -20° C or below. This vial contains a relatively low volume of reagent (25 µL). To minimize loss of volume dilute 1:10 by adding 225 µL of the buffer stated above directly to the vial. Recap, mix thoroughly and briefly centrifuge to collect the volume at the bottom of the vial. Use this intermediate dilution when calculating final dilutions as recommended below. Store the vial at -20°C or below after dilution. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing.
