产品描述: L-lactate dehydrogenase A chain (LDHA) is involved in the subpathway that synthesizes (S)-lactate from pyruvate. This subpathway is part of the pathway pyruvate fermentation to lactate, which is itself part of Fermentation. BioVision’s LDHA ELISA kit is a sandwich ELISA assay for the quantitative measurement of LDHA in Human serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants. The density of color is proportional to the amount of LDHA captured from the samples.
