背景资料: The protein encoded by this gene is a transmembranenglycoprotein that is a member of the protein kinase superfamily.nThis protein is a receptor for members of the epidermal growthnfactor family. EGFR is a cell surface protein that binds tonepidermal growth factor. Binding of the protein to a ligand inducesnreceptor dimerization and tyrosine autophosphorylation and leads toncell proliferation. Mutations in this gene are associated with lungncancer.

免疫原: This EGFR-S1026 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 1004-1033 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human EGFR-S1026.

保存建议: Store at 4˚C for three months and -20˚C, stable for up to one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
