背景资料: The product of this gene belongs to the integrin alphanchain family. Integrins are heterodimeric integral membranenproteins composed of an alpha chain and a beta chain. This genenencodes the integrin alpha 5 chain. Alpha chain 5 undergoesnpost-translational cleavage in the extracellular domain to yieldndisulfide-linked light and heavy chains that join with beta 1 tonform a fibronectin receptor. 免疫原: This ITGA5 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 796-822 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human ITGA5.

保存建议: Store at 4˚C for three months and -20˚C, stable for up to one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
