背景资料: The protein encoded by this gene is a member of thentransmembrane 4 superfamily, also known as the tetraspanin family.nMost of these members are cell-surface proteins that arencharacterized by the presence of four hydrophobic domains. Thenproteins mediate signal transduction events that play a role in thenregulation of cell development, activation, growth and motility.nThe use of alternate polyadenylation sites has been found for thisngene.

免疫原: This TSPAN3 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 90-117 amino acids from the Central region of human TSPAN3.

保存建议: Store at 4˚C for three months and -20˚C, stable for up to one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
