背景资料: This gene encodes a member of the Ikaros family ofnzinc-finger proteins. Three members of this protein family (Ikaros,nAiolos and Helios) are hematopoietic-specific transcription factorsninvolved in the regulation of lymphocyte development. This genenproduct is a transcription factor that is important in thenregulation of B lymphocyte proliferation and differentiation. BothnIkaros and Aiolos can participate in chromatin remodeling.nRegulation of gene expression in B lymphocytes by Aiolos is complexnas it appears to require the sequential formation of Ikarosnhomodimers, Ikaros/Aiolos heterodimers, and Aiolos homodimers. Atnleast six alternative transcripts encoding different isoforms havenbeen described.

免疫原: This IKZF3 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 76-103 amino acids from the Central region of human IKZF3.

保存建议: Store at 4˚C for three months and -20˚C, stable for up to one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
