背景资料: The branched-chain alpha-keto acid (BCAA) dehydrogenase(BCKD) complex is an innter mitochondrial enzyme complex that catalyzes the second major step in the catabolism of the branched-chain amino acids leucine, isoleucine, and valine. The BCKD complex consists of three catalytic components: a heterotetrameric (alpha2-beta2) branched-chain alpha-keto acid decarboxylase (E1), a dihydrolipoyl transacylase (E2), and a dihydrolipoamide dehydrogenase (E3). BCKDHA is the alpha subunit of the decarboxylase (E1) component.

免疫原: This BCKDHA antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 362-390 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human BCKDHA.

保存建议: Store at 4˚C for three months and -20˚C, stable for up to one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
