背景资料: ATPase, Copper-transporting, α polypeptide; Copper-transporting ATPase 1. Copper-transporting ATPase 1 is an integral membrane protein cycling constitutively between the trans-golgi network and the plasma membrane. It may supply copper to copper-requiring proteins within the secretory pathway, when localized in the trans-golgi network. Under conditions of elevated extracellular copper, it relocalized to the plasma membrane where it functions in the efflux of copper from cells.

保存建议: ATP7A antibody can be stored at 4˚C for short term (weeks). Long term storage should be at -20˚C. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
