背景资料: FUNCTION: Isoform CKLF1 has chemotactic response in rat monocytes, neutrophils, and lymphocytes.

SIMILARITY: Belongs to the chemokine-like factor family.

SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Isoform CKLF1 is secreted whereas isoforms CKLF2 and CKLF4 exist as integral membrane proteins.

TISSUE SPECIFICITY: All 4 isoforms have highest expression levels in adult spleen, lungs, testis, ovary, peripheral blood leucocyte, placenta, pancreas, and in fetal brain, skeletal muscle, thymus and heart. Lower expression levels in adult skeletal muscle, liver, thymus colon, prostate, and fetal spleen and liver.

保存建议: CKLF antibody can be stored at 4˚C for short term (weeks). Long term storage should be at -20˚C. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
