背景资料: FUNCTION: Chemotactive for B lymphocytes but not for T-lymphocytes, monocytes and neutrophils. Does not induce calcium release in B lymphocytes. Binds to BLR1/CXCR5.

SIMILARITY: Belongs to the intercrine α (chemokine CxC) family.

SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Secreted protein.

TISSUE SPECIFICITY: Highest levels in liver, followed by spleen, lymph node, appendix and stomach. Low levels in salivary gland, mammary gland and fetal spleen.

保存建议: CXCL13 antibody can be stored at 4˚C for short term (weeks). Long term storage should be at -20˚C. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
