背景资料: FUNCTION: Binds as a monomer with high affinity to interleukin 13 (IL13), but not to IL4.

SIMILARITY: Contains 1 fibronectin type-III domain.

SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Membrane; single-pass type I membrane protein.

DOMAIN: The WSXWS motif appears to be necessary for proper protein folding and thereby efficient intracellular transport and cell-surface receptor binding.

DOMAIN: The box 1 motif is required for JAK interaction and/or activation.

保存建议: IL13RA2 antibody can be stored at 4˚C for short term (weeks). Long term storage should be at -20˚C. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
